Terms of Service

By creating an account or using The Fullstack Creators, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old to use The Fullstack Creators. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By signing up you confirm the information you give us is accurate.

You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it. One person, one account — do not share or transfer your account.

The Fullstack Creators is a marketplace. We connect clients who need work done with creators who can do it, but the working relationship is between those two parties.

• Clients are responsible for describing projects accurately, funding them, and reviewing delivered work in good faith.
• Creators are responsible for delivering the agreed work, on time, to the standard described in the brief.

We are not a party to the contract between a client and a creator, and we do not employ creators.

You agree not to:

• Take payment or negotiate off the platform to avoid our fees or protections.
• Post false, misleading, or plagiarised work or credentials.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against another user.
• Upload malware, scrape the platform, or interfere with our servers.
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform.
• Use the platform for anything unlawful.

Clients post projects with a scope and budget. Creators submit bids. When a client accepts a bid, both parties are committing to the scope agreed in the brief and in the chat. Changes to scope should be agreed in writing on the platform so there is a record if a dispute arises.

Clients fund a project upfront. We hold those funds until the work is delivered and approved, then release them to the creator. This protects both sides.

Creating an account is free. We charge a commission on completed projects, shown to you before you commit. Payment processing fees may also apply.

If a client and creator cannot agree on whether work was delivered as described, either party can raise a dispute. Our team will review the project brief, the deliverables, and the messages exchanged on the platform, then decide how the escrowed funds should be released. Our decision on the release of platform-held funds is final.

You keep ownership of the content you post — your profile, portfolio, messages, and deliverables. You give us a limited licence to host and display that content so the platform can function.

Unless the client and creator agree otherwise in writing, ownership of delivered work transfers to the client once the project is paid for in full.

The Fullstack Creators name, logo, design, and software belong to us. Nothing in these terms gives you the right to use our branding without our written permission.

We use third parties for hosting, authentication, analytics, and payments. Your use of the platform also involves those providers, and their own terms may apply to the parts of the service they handle.

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that any project will produce a particular result. We do not warrant the quality, legality, or accuracy of work posted by users, and we do not endorse any client or creator.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the total fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to cover our costs if a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms, misused the platform, or infringed someone else's rights.

You can stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, attempts fraud, or puts other users at risk. Where funds are held in escrow at the time, we will resolve them fairly before closing the account.

We are still building, so features will change. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law rules.
